Through years of planning experience, the Ever Ash Weddings Team has determined the offerings that best suit the EAW Client and their planning needs. These Offerings include (2) Full-Service Planning Offerings and (1) Partial-Planning Offering with Design offered as an add-on for that service only. We strategically partner with our clients to outline clear responsibilities within these avenues to provide the most streamlined, organized, and enjoyable planning experience for everyone involved. We are happy to remove or add any service to what we describe as partial or full-service planning to create a custom proposal that fits a clients needs when and where it makes sense to do so.

Partial Planning
STARTING PRICE | $7.5K
These services are perfect for the couple that has already hired a majority of their vendors, and wants to be heavily involved in the conversations that take place throughout the planning process. You feel comfortable communicating with vendors, taking our vendor recommendations to go through the vendor selection process on your own, and feel like you have an understanding of the planning process. What you do need is help with "where to start," staying organized, professional planning intel, creating your layout and timeline, and wrapping up all of the final details when we near the wedding month. These services are perfect for the couple that has very little time to plan, or that feels lost when it comes to planning. You need someone that you can trust to be your voice when it comes to vendor hiring & communication, to schedule appointments and meetings, and to handle the various tasks that arise throughout the process. You need more call time and face-to-face time with us, as we are your main POC throughout the process and serve as a liaison between you and your vendors! Please note that the average wedding budget for full-service planning clients is $150K or rather $1,000/per guest at a minimum.

Our Full-Service Planning 2.0 Offering is perfect for those clients interested in everything included within our Full Service Offering, with the addition of full budget management and tasking us with the responsibility of signing vendor contracts and making payments on their behalf. If you know you are the type of person that won't be able to make payments on time and keep track of your expenses and payment deadlines, this option could be for you. Design
Our Design Services are included within our Full-Service Planning Offering and are available as an add-on for Partial-Planning Services. From the welcome signage to the reception tables, you need a professional to partner with you from concepting to production. You greatly value the design component of the wedding day (most of our brides do!), and need someone that will be in the trenches with you obsessing over every last detail! Design Consultation - This is when we get to know you as a couple, understand the things that are important to you both, and ask any design-driven questions that may help us along the design process to curate a design that fits you two to a tee.
